LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. – Attorney Brian Seymour, counsel for Project Tango, issued the following statement regarding a recently filed pre-application request by WPB Logistics on property adjacent to the Project Tango site within the broader Central Park Commerce Center master planning area.
A pre-application is an initial step in the County process where a property owner can ask questions and receive guidance from staff before filing a formal development application.
“On April 28, 2026, WPB Logistics submitted a request for a pre-application meeting to Palm Beach County regarding a modification of its existing site plan, currently approved for 1.2 million square feet of warehouse development, to allow for the development of four data center buildings on the property located north and east of the Project Tango site.
Project Tango is not part of the WPB Logistics proposal and has no involvement in that pre-application request. The two projects are entirely separate and independent developments with different applicants, ownership entities, applications, design teams, and review processes before Palm Beach County.
Project Tango did not file, sponsor, coordinate, or participate in the WPB Logistics pre-application request in any capacity.
Separately, on April 27, 2026, Project Tango submitted a revised Development Order Amendment (DOA) application to Palm Beach County as part of its ongoing review process. That resubmittal updated and refined Project Tango’s previously filed application and included additional technical materials related to traffic, buffering, noise mitigation, water use, and site design in response to staff review and community questions.
Project Tango has gone through extensive independent County review and remains focused on its project.
As Project Tango continues through the County’s public review process, the project team remains focused on responsible planning, appropriate technical analysis, and continued engagement with surrounding communities, including Arden residents and nearby community members. That work includes ongoing evaluation of buffering, setbacks, traffic, noise mitigation, visual screening, infrastructure coordination, and other design considerations to meet or exceed applicable County requirements.

For clarification, of the approximately 202.2-acre Central Park Commerce Center master planning area, Project Tango encompasses approximately 126 acres. Separately, WPB Logistics owns approximately 60 acres within the planning area, and approximately 15.5 acres are controlled by the Central Park Commerce Center Property Owners Association which is primarily frontage area and roads.
We understand that multiple applications in the area may create confusion for residents and the public. For that reason, we encourage each proposal to be evaluated independently based on its own specific plans, studies, impacts, and commitments.”
